AgnaPixel View is provided as a general-purpose imaging viewer and PACS client. It is not certified as a diagnostic medical device and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions. All clinical judgement remains the responsibility of a qualified healthcare professional using appropriately validated workstations.
You agree to use the App only with imaging data you are authorised to access, to respect patient confidentiality, and to comply with all applicable laws including those governing protected health information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Arwa Digital Systems disclaims all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arwa Digital Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
