AgnaPixel View ("the App") is a medical imaging viewer and PACS client published by Arwa Digital Systems. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not sell your data.
We do not share personal data with third parties other than infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (AWS Lightsail for hosting, Apple for push delivery). These providers act on our behalf under their standard data-processing terms.
Data is stored on servers operated by us in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Account data is retained while your account is active; you may request deletion at any time by emailing agna@arwadigitalsystems.com. Imaging caches are automatically pruned per your app settings.
Traffic between the App and our server is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Device sessions can be revoked from Profile → Security & devices.
The App is a professional tool intended for use by clinicians and radiologists. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting agna@arwadigitalsystems.com. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA) may exercise those rights through the same channel.
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
